Twisted silver and brass bangle (small)

This pair of bangles can be worn together or individually – they look fabulous either way. Hand crafted from recycled brass with silver accents, the twisted strands create interesting shapes while the texture plays with the light. The two bangles are different. One is made with three twists, creating an open shape, and it has large brass discs and silver balls enclosed within, while the other bangle is a single brass twist with with two delicate silver accents.

This is a closed bangle; there is no clasp.  We recommend you check the size before ordering because it is quite small. 6.1 cm diameter; approx 19cm circumfrence.

The maker, Sarah Munnings, is a self taught jewellery artist who specialises in unusual or quirky pieces from gold, silver, copper and brass, using recycled materials where possible. Her studio is in the Dandenongs and she teaches in regional Victoria.

Caring for your jewellery: Keep brass and silver away from saltwater and chlorine because both can cause corrosion. Polish with a silver cloth to restore the lustre.
