Refund policy
Here's the legal lowdown on returns. Our Shipping Policy has a more human approach so make sure you read that as well.

If you're not satisfied or are unhappy with the goods you receive from us, please get in touch. We want our customers to be happy and will offer a refund if something goes wrong
Refunds | Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the sale. Allowing a week for postage, this gives you a week to contact us about the sale.
We'll happily process a refund for any items purchased from our site that:
- are broken or damaged;
- do not match the description;
- do not meet expectations.
Depending on the circumstances, a full or partial refund may be offered.
We are unable to refund the cost of postage.
Returns | Contact us to arrange for goods to be returned. Returns can only be accepted by mail and must be arranged in advance.
Goods not delivered: All packages are sent with tracking so get in touch if your parcel hasn't been delivered and we'll raise the matter with Australia Post.
Consumer Protection Law | Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
