Shipping policy
We offer free shipping for Australian and New Zealand orders above $75 (local currency) and flat rate postage on other orders.
- Australian orders under $75, postage is $10.00 flat rate
- New Zealand orders under $75, postage is $15.00
- Rest of the world orders, postage is $30.00
Shipping is calculated after you enter your address.

We are a small operation and we can’t guarantee same day despatch. Orders will be processed and despatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
> Shipping to an Australian address
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. We can send your goods to a street address, an office, a Post Office box, a roadside delivery, a parcel locker – virtually anywhere that Australia Post will go. We send our parcels from Jervis Bay on the south costs of NSW. A very beautiful part of the world but not as well serviced by Australia Post as the capital cities.
Please help us and Australia Post by ensuring you include your full address on the Checkout page. If you realise you've made a mistake after your order is placed, send us an email asap.
> Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We imagine a world without returns. Wouldn't that be wonderful – for you, for us, for all those Posties carrying stuff that nobody wants. But we're realistic, and we know that sometimes mistakes happen and goods have to be returned.
For all return requests, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order.
In the event that the goods are damaged or do not meet your expectations when your order arrives, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and an explanation (or photo) of the item’s condition so that we can rectify the situation.
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from O Gosh Shop and we'd be happy to offer an exchange or refund if you're not (happy). Please contact us to discuss.
> You want it NOW!
We do offer a limited pick-up service. We're based in Sanctuary Point, NSW and ask that you contact us if you would like to pick up your order. We may be able to offer same day local delivery service if would like to pay extra. Please contact us via email to discuss.
> Shipping to an overseas address
If you can select your country in the currency selector, you can purchase from us. We ship to most European countries, the United Kingdon, Canada and some of our neighbouring countries in Asia and the Pacific. We no longer ship to the USA.
We're well travelled, and we understand that the way things work in Australia is not the same elsewhere. However, we absolutely cannot keep track of all the different conditions that govern postage, delivery times, import restrictions, and custom duties once a parcel leaves our shores. We're happy to put our trust in Australia Post and hope you are the same.
If you live outside Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (e.g. VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. As the owners of O Gosh Shop, we are not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
> Checking the status of your order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number. This should give you an estimate of when you can expect to receive the parcel. As an Australia Post customer, we have access to some delivery information, so please get in touch if you have any concerns.
> Packaging
We're on a mission to eliminate harmful plastics. We use packaging from Heaps Good because it is an Australian company that puts the environment first. We use water activated tape, brown paper, plain old cardboard and string. We wrap items in rescued packaging or cloth because we don't want to add any more waste to the world. But we are conscious that you'll be disappointed if your goods are is damaged when you receive the parcel, so we sometimes use recycled bubble wrap or a bit more sticky tape than we should. We want to keep you happy while being as sustainable as we can. We hope you understand.
