These pickles and preserves are about as local and natural as you can get. Made on a family farm in north west Queensland by Khalia and her team who grow the produce themselves and blend the preserves following traditional methods and their own recipes. Rich, spicy flavours are the result and they are ideal whether you’re down south where the cold weather is starting to bite or up in the tropics wanting to add flavour to salads and cold cuts.
Middle of Nowhere Creations is an artisan producer of jams and preserves in north west Queensland (about four hours south west of Townsville). Kahlia and her team cook up traditional recipes from produce grown on their own farm or sourced locally. These products truly are made in Australia.
